Alcatraz Sydney ('Traz for short) is seeking enthusiastic bar staff to partake in seasonal rockstar shifts during December. 

'Traz is eager to welcome bartenders who are looking to have fun and make a meaningful impact in a venue. These roles are best suited for an adaptable, inclusive and upbeat individual who will enjoy working amongst music and the fast paced nature of the venue.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine and beer
• Take orders and payments with Lightspeed POS
• Help with opening and/or closing the venue
• Maintain organisation of bar stock and supplies
• Uphold venue/bar operations and protocols
• Ensure quality and consistency of food/beverage during service
• Preparation and serving of our cocktail specials and classics

About You

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and cocktail mixing techniques.
• Knowledge of bar equipment and POS systems
• Strong team player who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Highly self-motivated and able to Prioritize tasks
• Proven work ethic and ability to apply yourself to any task presented
• Passionate about customer service and consistency in great product
• Well presented, friendly and personable (and keen to have a good time!)

REQUIRED FOR ALL ROLES

• Must have 1 - 2 years experience in fast paced cocktail mixing
• Current RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain before employment)
